Make changes to CRICOS registration

Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) providers seeking to make changes to their registration must apply to ASQA.

You must apply to ASQA to:

  • add or remove courses from your scope of registration
  • make changes to the duration of a course
  • change mode of delivery, or
  • change student capacity.

New or revised training products which are deemed to be equivalent to superseded training products you already have on your CRICOS scope will be automatically added by ASQA. You do not need to apply for these.

Any change in the duration of a course is a new course and providers must apply to add the course by using asqanet.

ASQA must have approved your application to change the scope of your registration before any changes are made to any courses or qualifications offered to overseas students.
