- not renew, in part, under s 9AB of the ESOS Act, and pursuant to delegation under s 170(2) of the ESOS Act, the registration of the applicant to provide the following courses to overseas students:
- BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business (in teach out) (location – Woolloongabba)
- SIT50307 Diploma of Hospitality (in teach out) (locations - Woolloongabba and Underwood)
- SIT60307 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (in teach out) (locations - Woolloongabba and Underwood).
The above decision will take effect from 12 June 2014.
