Change key staff or their contact details
It is important we have correct details about your key staff and their contact details, including their address, phone number or email address.
You need to tell us about changes to key staff or their contact details. This includes:
- A general enquiry contact who students and other interested parties can contact.
- A registration enquiry contact who we can contact if we require information about your registration.
- People who take part in the management of your organisation (an ‘executive officer’).
Examples of executive officers include:
- chief executive officer (RTO)
- principal executive officer (ESOS)
- company director
- company secretary
- compliance manager
- marketing manager
- training manager
- People that represent your organisation in relation to the business of providing VET (a ‘high managerial agent’).
Examples of high managerial agents include:
- a consultant or employee with an ongoing role related to regulatory compliance
- a consultant or employee who represents your organisation at performance assessment
- an agent who recruits students on your behalf.
You can check your key staff details on asqanet.
