Request to withdraw an infringement notice

Please use this form to request withdrawal of your infringement notice. This request must be submitted no later than 28 days after the infringement notice was issued.

You are strongly encouraged to provide supporting evidence where possible.

All requests will be considered in accordance with section 12 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Regulations 2011. Some of the matters which the National VET Regulator considers relevant are:

• whether the matter that led to the infringement was due to something that was, or should have been, within the control of the RTO
• what reasonable efforts were made to avoid being in breach of your obligations.
