Update on regulatory decision relating to Hands On Computer Training International Pty Ltd

On 1 August 2016 the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) announced that it had made a regulatory decision relating to Hands On Computer Training International Pty Ltd (RTO number 2058).

ASQA advises that the provider has sought a review of the decision in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and has also sought a stay of the decision pending a hearing of the review application. The AAT is yet to decide on these applications.

ASQA has extended the date on which its decision will come into effect to 16 September 2016 to allow for the determination of the stay application.
