On 16 October 2015, the Commissioners decided to: 
• impose, under the NVR Acts 29(1), the following conditions on the RTO's registration: 
 The RTO must retain and present to ASQA no later than the 15th of each month, the following data for the previous calendar month: 
o Details of all learners enrolled in any training product during that month 
o Results of all completions of one or more unit of competency or module during that month 
o Details of all issuance of qualifications or statements of attainment during that month 
 This data may be provided using the template supplied by ASQA or in another form, provided all data indicated on the template are included 
 Data must be provided in a digital format that is accessible using Microsoft Excel2010 
 Data must be sent via e-mail to compliancebrisbane@asqa.gov.au 
 The RTO must retain and present to ASQA on request: 
o All completed assessment materials for all learners for all training products on the RTO's scope of registration for one year from the date of the final assessment decision for each unit of competency or module
