ASQA to commence invoicing annual registration charge

ASQA will this week commence invoicing RTOs and CRICOS providers their annual registration charge.

In line with recent legislative changes, the charge replaces the annual registration fee which has been invoiced in previous years. The change is in name only – the calculation method and structure remain unchanged. Therefore the change will not affect providers.

The annual registration charge is designed to recover ASQA’s costs of regulatory activities, to the same extent that was previously recovered by annual registration fees.

Payments can be made either:

sending a cheque/money order payable to: Australian Skills Quality Authority, GPO Box 9928, Melbourne VIC 3001; or by
direct deposit: BSB: 092-403, Account: the account stated on your invoice is unique to your registration
BPAY® (for payments of up to $10,000)

Remittance advices are to be forwarded electronically to accounts@asqa.gov.au or to ASQA’s postal address.
