On 6/2/2014 ASQA's Commissioner Compliance decided to:
 suspend, under section 36(2)(e) and section 38 of the NVR Act:
o the following part of the RTO’s scope of registration:
 CHC40108 Certificate IV in Aged Care; and
 effective 30 calendar days from the date of RTO notification , and
 during the period of suspension, require, under s 38(2) of the NVR Act, the RTO not to:
o enrol a student in the CHC40108 Certificate IV in Aged Care, or part thereof,
o allow a VET student to begin the CHC40108 Certificate IV in Aged Care, or part thereof;
o publish or broadcast, an advertisement relating to the CHC40108 Certificate IV in Aged Care, or part thereof;
o or cause to be published or broadcast, an advertisement relating to the CHC40108 Certificate IV in Aged Care, or part thereof.
