The Commissioners agreed to:
• reject, under the NVR Act s 17, the application for renewal of registration as an RTO with effect 30 calendar days     after the RTO receives notification of the decision;
• reject, under the NVR Act s 33, the RTO’s application to change the scope of its registration to include:
o BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management
o BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
o FNS40615 Certificate IV in Accounting
o FNS50215 Diploma of Accounting
o FNS60215 Advanced Diploma of Accounting
with effect 30 calendar days after the RTO receives notification of the decision
• grant, under the NVR Act s 33, the RTO’s applications to change the scope of its registration to remove:
o MTM30511 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Slaughtering)
o BSB20112 Certificate II in Business
o BSB31112 Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical)
o BSB50207 Diploma of Business
o BSB50311 Diploma of Customer Contact
o BSB50407 Diploma of Business Administration
o BSB60207 Advanced Diploma of Business
• Not renew, under s 9AB of the ESOS Act, and pursuant to delegation under s 170(2) of the ESOS Act, the registration of the applicant to provide courses to overseas students
with effect 30 calendar days after the RTO receives notification of the decision
