Are RTOs in states and territories required to provide ‘information on the implications for the learner of government training entitlements and subsidy arrangements in relation to the delivery of services’?

Yes, Clause 5.2(f) on informing learners refers to ‘government training entitlements’. This includes any federal, state, territory or local government entitlements that are applicable to the learner and their enrolment.
