On 29 November 2012 the Commissioner decided to:
• suspend under ss 36(2)(e) and 38 of the NVR Act, all of the scope of the RTO’s registration as a registered training organisation and, under s 38(2), during the period of suspension require the RTO not to:
enrol a student in a VET course or part of a VET course
allow a VET student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course
publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course
cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course
accept any course payment from any current or prospective student.
The decision is to take effect from 11 January 2013.
