Annual Declaration on Compliance extended to 14 April 2025

17 March 2025

Due to the impacts of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, the deadline for submission of the Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) has now been deferred to 11.59pm on 14 April 2025.

This new deadline applies to all providers across the country. If you have already submitted your ADC, you do not need to do anything.

ASQA encourages all providers to still submit their ADC by 31 March if they are able and were not impacted by Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

Disasters affect staff and student communities in a range of ways and can cause major disruptions to people’s lives, both physically and emotionally. A range of support is available through Commonwealth, state and territory governments.

For more information and support, see our guidance on managing disasters as a provider.

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 require all RTOs to submit an ADC by the due date.

ASQA emailed a unique weblink to the online ADC declaration to all CEOs of ASQA-regulated RTOs on 3 March 2025.

More information is available on ASQA’s Annual Declaration on Compliance webpage.
