ASQA is hosting a webinar for training providers who are considering significant changes to, or sale of, their shareholdings and any person or provider looking to acquire shares of a training provider.
Starting 31 October 2019, new change of ownership obligations were implemented for registered training organisations (RTOs) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) providers.
