Information publication scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) aims to give the community access to information held by the Australian Government.
Under the FOI Act, Australian Government agencies must take a proactive approach to publishing information. This approach must also comply with the Information Publication Scheme for Australian Government agencies.
In alignment with the Information Publication Scheme, ASQA publishes the following material under the Information Publication Scheme.
