The following condition has been imposed on the provider’s registration under section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011:
For a period of two years from the date of implementation of this condition, the Registered Training Organisation must:
i. maintain; and
ii. produce on request to Australian Skills Quality Authority, the following:
a. attendance records for all classes, structured learning or assessment; and
b. training and assessment records;
for all students who were or are enrolled in the qualification CPC30611 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating and any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent
