Regulatory Risk Framework

Regulatory Risk Framework sets out our management of sector and provider vocational education and training (VET) risk. It introduces our regulatory operating model and sets out our regulatory functions and how they integrate with the agency’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The model promotes guiding changes to regulatory culture, approaches and practices, and assists the sector in understanding how specific processes fit into the overarching VET framework.
