Draft Regulatory Guidelines
ASQA is developing Regulatory Guidelines to support providers’ understanding of our regulatory expectations against the revised Standards.
Regulatory Guidelines will be divided into different focus areas and will include key compliance and self-assurance considerations, as well as case studies demonstrating good practice.
Regulatory Guidelines will initially be published as drafts to allow for feedback and refinement ahead of the implementation of the revised Standards.
These resources will be progressively published on our website from October 2024.
