The Department of Education has developed a suite of resources to help international students learn about their workplace rights while studying in Australia.

Students who studied at RTOs that have since closed may now have updated information on their USI records.

As part of a collaboration between the Australian Department of Education, ASQA and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), ASQA is now able to upload the academic results from closed RTOs to students’ Unique Student Identifier (USI)

ASQA is aware that unfortunately, there are unqualified organisations issuing fake certificates in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

Customised Training Pty Ltd (RTO code 21613) was placed into liquidation on 8 July 2019.

If your training provider is no longer operating and you discover that your USI transcript isn’t showing the training you completed with that RTO, the relevant VET regulator may be able to assist you in some circumstances.

The provider entered liquidation on 16 July 2018.
